Future Hope School is managed by a team of well qualified, experienced and highly dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff. While the nature and feel of the school is very much that of a home, it operates as any typical school might, in the interests of meeting the best possible educational outcomes for boys and girls. We strive to set a good balance in our curriculum between academic, sporting, artistic and cultural activities. Students are grouped in day houses for friendly competitions, small tutorial groups for pastoral care and personal development, and they know that a coordinator, tutor or school counsellor is there to provide support and advice when needed. Management, staff and volunteers all work in accordance with the Future Hope Child Protection Policy. The School is managed through three major committees: Senior Management Team, Academic Council, and Homes' Committee. Students are in full-time study, part-time study and part-time work or full-time work with support structures in place.
