Staff

We have some 30 staff working for us across our homes and school and all are dedicated to working towards our common goal of delivering the best possible future for the children. Each of our homes has a parent who takes charge of the day to day running of their particular home and provides a stable and calm influence for the children. They are supported by a small back office team and Directors focusing on Finance, Projects and Education.

We now have 12 teachers in the Future Hope School which gives us an excellent teacher to pupil ratio rarely more than 1 to 15. This ensures each child is given sufficient attention and is better able to catch up on the missed studies that living on the street entails.

We normally have 2 or 3 volunteers with us at any one time and we welcome applications from volunteers. We ask that volunteers normally stay with us for a period of at least 6 months.
