Prodosh Sen spent a lifetime with J.Thomas and retired as the Chairman.

He held many senior positions in industry and society such as: Deputy Chairman Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Eastern Region; Member of the CEO’s delegation of CII to UK, 1997 & 1999; President of Calcutta Cricket & Football Club, 1995; Member of the Social Welfare and Population Management Committee of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Member of the Executive Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
