Future Hope is a charity with a strong family ethos and a 30-year track record of empowering street and slum children of Kolkata. To guide us through the transformational change we want to make over the next 5 years, we have identified five key Strategic Goals which we need to achieve.
Strategic Goal 1: Te secure the long-term sustainability of Future Hope
Strategic Goal 2: To strengthen and extend our work with the most vulnerable street and slum children in Kolkata
Strategic Goal 3: To improve the quality of our education and skills offer
Strategic Goal 4: To be recognised as a leader in sports and creative arts as a vehicle for youth development
Strategic Goal 5: To prepare children at Future Hope to become independent and employable
