Bernard is a partner in the medicolegal team at Howse Williams law firm, Hong Kong. He advises hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals on a range of medicolegal issues. Bernard has lived in Hong Kong since 1992 and has been a friend of Future Hope since visiting Kolkata the same year.
